Agreement Overview

Welcome to Billable. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Billable website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the Service in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published by Billable, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Changes to Terms

Billable reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. User Content

The Service allows you to create, upload, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to the Service.

By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant to Billable a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

5. Fees and Payment

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate information regarding your payment method. You agree to pay Billable the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan.

Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a payment plan and will cover the use of that service for the period as indicated. Payment plans are auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us for account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Billable, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
